Vertuem operates as a full-stack studio across two capabilities — software systems and D2C brands — with the same team across discovery, build, and operate. Most of what we ship runs first on our own portfolio.

## What we do

- **Systems** — production software for operators. Web apps, native iOS/Android, internal tooling, sold SaaS, integrations, and platform migrations. Engagements from $10,000, milestone-based, 4–12 weeks.
- **Brands** — end-to-end D2C operator stack. Product sourcing, supply chain, brand identity, storefront, marketing, daily operations, scale. Sprint from $7,000, Launch from $25,000, Operate by monthly retainer.

## How we operate

- Apply-only intake. We read every note and reply within two business days.
- Floor pricing published. No hourly billing for thinking.
- One team across discovery, build, and operate. The people who pitch are the people who ship.
- Every engagement produces a signed **Decision of Record** before any production work begins.
- The Service Agreement is the default contract — same template every engagement.

## Engagement shapes

- **Systems MVP** — $10,000+, 4–8 weeks, milestone-based.
- **Brand Sprint** — $7,000+, two-week fixed scope launch (no product sourcing, no ongoing ops).
- **Brand Launch** — $25,000+, 8–14 weeks, full brand from sketch including product development, factory sourcing, supply chain setup, and marketing pipeline.
- **Brand Operate** — custom monthly retainer for ongoing operator engagements.
